



Marguerite BLAMEUSER-BRAUN graduated from the University of Strasbourg, France with a Master's degree in Law. She joined Bugnion S.A. in 1968 and is Senior Partner. She has in-depth experience in all aspects of trademark law, copyright, licensing, unfair competition and litigation in Switzerland and worldwide in all market segments.
She is a member of the AIPPI, INTA, ECTA, LES, APRAM, Unfair Competition Association and a WIPO Mediator

Dominique SKREBERS-ZAÏONTZ graduated from the University of Geneva with a law degree and is qualified as an Attorney-at-Law. She joined Bugnion SA in 1978 and became a Partner and major shareholder.
After a twenty-five year experience in intellectual property matters, both in Switzerland and world-wide, she has complete mastery of trademark law, unfair competition, copyright and licensing, to best defend her clients' interests, particularly in the horological sector.
She is a member of the AIPPI, APRAM, ECTA and other professional organizations

Alexandre WEITH graduated from the University of Geneva with a Master's degree in Law. After a few years of litigation practice, he joined Bugnion SA in 1998 and became a Partner in January 2004.
He is active in various aspects of the trademark, copyright, unfair competition, Internet and data protection law. He drafts agreements related to intellectual property matters, in particular licence, transfer, co-existence and masters the English language.
He is a member of the AIPPI, INTA and ECTA.

Fabio MARCHETTO graduated from the University of Lausanne with a Master degree in Law and was assistant lecturer of Professor Ivan Cherpillod (Chair of Intellectual Property, University of Lausanne).
Prior to joining our firm in February 2004, Fabio Marchetto was a Trademark Attorney associated with two IP firms in Geneva. His principal area of practice is in advising on contentious and non-contentious trademark matters with a particular emphasis on availability searches, application filing and prosecution, oppositions and litigations, in Switzerland and abroad.
Member of AIPPI and LES-Switzerland, he has great interest in copyright and unfair competition developments relating to information technology and gives introductory lessons to IT professionals. He is also co-author of the collection " Patents - Forty years of federal case law " (CEDIDAC series, vol. 32, Lausanne 1996).

Sandra FAROUX graduated from the University of Grenoble, France with a Master's degree in business law and a Post-graduate Professional degree in intellectual property, industrial agreements and new technology.
She joined BUGNION S.A. in 2005 after having acquired an experience in law firms (Lyon) and in the luxury goods industry (Geneva), She is active in various aspects of trademark, unfair competition, Internet law as well as in drafting agreements for Swiss, French and international clients.
