Huguette GIRIENS, a French and Swiss citizen, received an Associates degree in Accounting in 1965 in France.

Huguette worked for a CPA during a couple of years and joined Bugnion S.A. in 1967 With more than thirty years of experience in the field, she is our Chief Finance Officer, in charge of accounting and finance.

France GUIGNARD has been in charge of human resources as well as deputy director since January 1, 2003.
